About the use of the equipment
The careful handling of the equipment by clients is essential. For that purpose, we rely on the close cooperation from our clients and users. Maintenance and shelf life of the equipment depends on its correct use.
Extreme care in handling the equipment is a common interest shared by both the company and clients. For this reason, our contracts specifically provide that the equipment should be operated by skilled technicians. No alterations shall be performed to the equipment which shall be operated according to the instructions and for the purposes to which it has have been designed. Removal or concealment of serial numbers, logotypes or trademarks identifying the manufacturer or our company shall under no circumstances be permitted.
Tests and inspections before collection
Meeting the expectations of our clients is our top priority and we both share the pleasure of an accomplished work. However, we take no liability for the performance of our equipment or for the results of the works carried out with it.
The clients always have the chance to test and inspect the equipment so as to ensure it operates according to the manufacturer’s specifications and requirements. Time and day for the tests to be carried out at our premises will be scheduled by phone from Monday to Friday, 09.00 TO 18:00.
Delivery and returns
Our warehouse is open on a 24/7 basis to perform scheduled deliveries and returns.
The rented equipment shall be collected at our premises by the client, and returned to the same place at the end of the rental period. Transportation and equipment loading/unloading costs shall be borne by the client.
Costs of travel days
We charge 50% of the rental costs per day.
Damages during filming
If while operating our equipment, some damage, failure or breakage occurs, proceed to inform our company immediately. Avoid by all means any kind of repairs, either by you or third parties.
As far as we are concerned, we will do our best to promptly repair or replace the damaged equipment accordingly.
Insurance
The rented equipment is not covered by any kind of insurance in the event of any accident (breakage, theft, robbery, etc.)
The clients must hire an insurance to cover the potential risks involved in handling the equipment.
