I do hereby authorize all the information and data I provide freely and voluntarily to Musitelli Film & Digital through the present form to be entered into databases of said firm, being Musitelli Film & Digital, with legal domicile at Vilardebó 1306, Montevideo – Uruguay, liable for the use of said databases.

The information and data I hereby provide to Musitelli Film & Digital shall be used for the purposes of including me in the list of recipients of newsletters and bulletins issued by said firm.
