How do I send the listings?

Always submit your equipment listing via e-mail to pedidos@musitelli.com

If possible, please download the following files and use them. We all benefit from the use thereof.

Camera Packages

Many items in our rental inventory are usually rented a "camera package" thus composing a kit. Therefore, they cannot be rented separately. This allows us to offer a complete service to those clients who request integral support.

Booking confirmation

Once having confirmed the availability of the requested equipments, our system separates the equipments and sets the delivery date as the “departure date”, and the date of return as the “end date”. We use RentalWorks™ for the management of orders and requests and to plan the equipments’ availability.

Rental WorksWe use RentalWorks® to manage your orders and schedule equipment availability. More info on this tracking software will be posted here soon.

Changes of date

You shall communicate immediately any change in dates (filming, delivery and/or return dates) in order for us to update the bookings since such changes may affect the equipments’ availability.

“Soft” bookings

We accept “soft” (or “pencil”) bookings. Soft bookings are those without a hundred percent confirmed date, waiting for confirmation. We agree with the client a reasonable period before their soft booking goes hard, as long as it does not interfere or generates conflicts with new projects fully confirmed.

Soft bookings are logged into the system and affect the stock and the future availability the same way as if they had been already confirmed. Hence, we must carry out a periodical update of the evolution of the project and its dates.
